How do I request a quote?
Select the products you are interested in from our online store and add them to the cart and send us the quote request. You can also send us your logo or questions directly to email info@scandinavianpromohouse.com — we will help you choose the right products and decoration methods.
How do I place an order?
Once you approve the quote and the final artwork, we take care of everything: product manufacturing, decoration, timelines, and delivery. You will receive a clear order confirmation from us and updates throughout the entire process.All orders must be approved in writing via email. Please include all necessary information in your order message. In addition to your company details, kindly provide your full contact information, delivery address, billing address, and your preferred delivery method. For first time orders, please also include your business ID.

Where are the products produced?
We offer both in house production and European manufacturing to ensure flexibility, quality, and reliable delivery times. In house production We handle a significant part of the decoration and production ourselves. What printing techniques do you offer?
We help you select the most suitable decoration method to ensure your delivery time, budget, and quality requirements are met. We offer a wide range of printing and marking techniques to achieve the best possible result for each product, including: Sublimation Screen printing, Transfer printing, Digital printing, Embroidery Laser engraving, Pad printing (tampo print). Our team will recommend the ideal technique based on the product material, logo, and intended use — ensuring a durable, high quality finish every time.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the approval of the final artwork. Fast track orders are available for selected items. We help you choose products that match your deadline.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. Most items can be sampled starting from 1 unit. Minimum quantities are listed on each product page, and larger orders are more cost efficient. We help you select products that fit your budget.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the destination country. We work with major carriers — UPS, DHL, InPost, Posti, Matkahuolto — to offer the best possible optimization for your deadline and reliable delivery.
How much does printing cost?
Decoration costs depend entirely on the artwork, product material, and printing method. Send us your final artwork, and we will calculate the exact production cost.
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. Minimum order quantity is 1 unit. Whether you need a single executive gift or thousands of event giveaways, we serve all order sizes.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We can provide samples upon request so you can check the quality, material, and decoration options before placing a full order.
Do you offer eco friendly products?
Yes. We offer a wide range of sustainable options: recycled materials, European made products, organic textiles, and long lasting items designed for everyday use.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can arrange multi location deliveries for events, offices, or employee home shipments.
What format should I use when sending my logo or artwork?

Resolution requirements:
Minimum 300 dpi at the final print size.
Text elements should ideally be 1200 dpi or provided as vectors.
Bitmap files should be delivered in RGB format.
Even color separated artwork is best handled in RGB Color information:
Please specify the Pantone colors used in your artwork. We work with the Pantone PMSC color system.
TEXT ELEMENTS:
All text should be converted to outlines/curves (vectorized).
Alternatively, you may send us the font files used in your artwork.
For large files or multiple assets, you may send your materials via Dropbox or WeTransfer.
What is a Pantone color (PMS)?
The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a standardized color system used by graphic and printing professionals to ensure that everyone refers to exactly the same color shade. If your logo was created by a design agency, it usually includes a Pantone color definition
Pantone colors are not required for photographic or full color images.
